At Yalla Development Services, we value your trust and are committed to safeguarding your personal data and digital privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, protect, and disclose information obtained through our website, digital platforms, and any services provided under our name. We aim to maintain full transparency in accordance with the laws and customs of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the expectations of our regional clients.
As a digital agency headquartered in Dubai and operating throughout the Emirates, we are mindful of both international best practices and regional sensitivities regarding personal data. We take this responsibility seriously and uphold the principles of fairness, accountability, and limited use.
Collection of Information
When you visit our website, submit a contact form, request a quotation, or engage our services, we may collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, IP address, and service preferences. This information is gathered with your direct consent and is used solely for business-related purposes such as client communication, proposal preparation, and service delivery.
We may also collect non-personally identifiable information such as browser type, device identifiers, referral pages, and site usage patterns. This data helps us improve our website’s performance and enhance the user experience, but it is never used to personally identify you unless it is combined with submitted information.
Use of Personal Data
We use the data you provide to deliver requested services, respond to inquiries, process billing, provide technical support, and improve the quality of our offerings. We may use your information to inform you about updates, promotions, or new services relevant to your business, but only if you have explicitly opted in to receive such communications.
Your data may also be used for internal business operations, such as project planning, market analysis, service optimization, and compliance with legal or financial obligations as required by UAE law.
Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. However, we may share limited data with trusted partners or subcontractors when it is necessary to complete your project or deliver technical services — such as cloud hosting, analytics, or payment gateways. These third parties are contractually bound to protect your data and use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling the project at hand.
We may also disclose information when required to do so by UAE law, court order, or governmental request. We comply with the UAE Cybercrime Law, the Federal Law No. 45 of 2021 (on the Protection of Personal Data), and relevant regulations set by the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA).
Data Storage and Protection
Your data is stored on secure servers, hosted either locally in the UAE or with global providers that maintain GDPR-compliant infrastructure. We use encryption, firewalls, access control systems, and secure protocols (HTTPS) to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.
Access to personal data is strictly limited to employees and authorized personnel who require this information to carry out their duties. All employees are trained in data privacy protocols and are bound by confidentiality agreements.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses cookies to enhance functionality and user experience. Cookies are small data files stored on your device that allow us to remember your preferences, tailor content, and analyze site traffic. You may control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time. However, doing so may affect your access to certain site features.
We also use Google Analytics and other third-party tools to measure site usage and improve performance. These tools may collect anonymized data that is not personally identifiable.
Marketing Communications
If you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, download gated content, or receive service updates, we may send you emails regarding relevant information. You may opt out of these communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link provided in the message or by contacting us directly.
We are respectful of cultural norms in the UAE and do not send unsolicited or disruptive promotional content. All outreach is done with the intent of supporting business relationships and adding professional value.
Your Rights and Choices
As a user or client, you have the right to access, update, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. You may also request a copy of your data or restrict its processing, in line with UAE data protection regulations.
To exercise these rights or to raise a privacy concern, please contact us.
We will respond to all inquiries in a timely and respectful manner, and we are committed to resolving any privacy concerns in accordance with UAE laws and good faith practices.
Children’s Privacy
